Sustainability of food system is a complex problem and require a big-data approach. The development of sustainable food products is becoming a must in today's industry. Use of by-products, design and eco-design of hybrid products, substitution by alternative biomass sources, meat culturing must be analyzed from multiple perspectives. Such an analysis requires data collection, databases assembly and data mining.
