For our process engineering team, we are looking for a student (m/f/d) from 01.02.2025 to write a
Thesis (Bachelor, Master or project report)
On the topic: Dry fractionation of plant proteins

 

The DIL develops innovative technologies and products for the food industry. These are to be made available to potential users as part of a thesis.

We offer the opportunity to work independently on a 6-month project in the field of process engineering.

Areas of responsibility
  • Literature research on the grinding of vegetable raw materials and the dry concentration of vegetable proteins
  • Planning and carrying out laboratory tests for grinding and dry fractionation of plant raw materials
  • Analysing the composition and techno-functional properties of the raw materials used and the samples produced
  • Analysing and interpreting the results and preparing a project report
Your profile
  • Student specialising in food engineering, food technology, food chemistry or similar.
  • Practical experience in the laboratory
  • Independent, autonomous and reliable way of working
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, self-motivation, commitment
  • Confident handling of MS Office
  • Good knowledge of English
