We would like to draw your attention to the TROPHELIA Germany 2025 competition, which provides a platform for innovative and sustainable food concepts. Organised by the Forschungskreis der Ernährungsindustrie e. V. (FEI), the competition is aimed at students who use their creativity and expertise to develop forward-looking, environmentally friendly food products.

Since 2010, TROPHELIA has been promoting innovative ideas that revolutionise the food industry through sustainable production processes and new product approaches. Topics such as alternative proteins, plant-based products and environmentally friendly packaging are the focus of the competition and offer plenty of scope for innovative solutions.

Milestones and deadlines:
Submission of product dossiers: by 24 January 2025
Final in Bonn: 30 April 2025 - The six best teams will present their concepts to a renowned jury.
Participation requirements:
Students of food science and related fields of study can register to take part until 9 December 2024. The competition offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience while actively shaping the future of the food industry.
