QM Round Table

Within the scope of activities of the NieKe - Niedersächsisches Kompetenzzentrum Ernährungswirtschaft (Lower Saxony Competence Center Food Industry), we have initiated a Round Table concerning quality management in food processing companies.

Objective of the NieKE QM Round Table is the establishment of frequent exchange of information about all aspects of food safety. The meetings shall be organized twice a year and shall address various technical issues.

The next event will be held on 02 December 2010 at DIL in Quakenbrück on the subject, “Computer assisted process management in the food industry”.
