Upon invitation of the Board of Directors, the member companies of DIL e.V. will meet for their statutory General Assembly on September 3, 2009.

Besides the Report of the Director on the activities of the past year and the presentation of the annual financial statement 2008, there are numerous other topics on the agenda:

• Introduction of Dr. Lienemann. She will head the DIL office in Brussels starting in October 2009.
• Introduction including “go live” of the newly designed member area on the DIL website.
• Information on research opportunities of special interest to DIL member companies.
• Elections of new members to the Board of Directors.
• Prospects for the next business year.

This year’s General Assembly will take place in the rebuilt and newly designed seminar facility at DIL. The participants will have the chance to see for themselves the progress of work on the new buildings for the Institute.
