SEAFOOD PROCESSING EUROPE 2011

 Just three weeks left until the world’s largest seafood fair in Brussels. Again, top buyers from all major purchasing categories attend SPE this year. The DIL will be represented by Dr. Franke and Dr. Knoch who will be on site in order to promote our technological innovations and opportunities. In the course of SPE, the main focus is on product development and structure design for fish and seafood products. Furthermore, innovative processes to extend shelf life as well as automated handling systems and robotics are central aspects.
