NieKE Technical Working Group Quality Management
Within the scope of the NieKE activities (NieKE = Lower Saxonian competency center for the food industry), the next event on the subject of “Cleaning of lines and equipment” will take place on 29 June 2010 at the DIL. The Technical Working Group QM has been keen to promote the frequent exchange of information on food safety issues.
The lecturers at this event are:
- Dr. Andreas John, Diversey Germany: Weak point analysis in CIP plants
- Herr Wolfgang Haucke, GEA Tuchenhagen: Projecting of cleaning systems
Added to that a new DIL research project on the subject of "Quality management in food processing" will be introduced. Objective of the research project is the development of innovative management systems for sustainable food production through reducing the production costs for food in SMEs.
