NieKE Technical Working Group Quality Management
Within the scope of the NieKE activities (NieKE = Lower Saxonian competency center for the food industry), the next event of the Technical Working Group QM will take place on 02 December 2010 at the DIL. The Technical Working Group QM has been keen to promote the frequent exchange of information on food safety and quality management issues.
The subject of this event is
Computer assisted process management in the food industry
The lecturers are:
- Peter Schmidt, Axxerion Facility Services
- Christoph Heseding, VION Emstek GmbH
- Alfons Bothe, VION Emstek GmbH
Peter Schmidt will present an internet-based process management system to show how processes can be modeled and optimized in a holistic way. Next, Christoph Heseding and Alfons Bothe will report on the application of the process management system in practice and about their experience with this system.
